This hobby rotary cutter has a 18mm rotary blade can be used with both left and right hand users. Comfortable to hold, the blade is designed to retract when not in use. 

This should be used with a rotary mat to protect cutting surfaces and blade.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This blade is extremely sharp and should be handled with great care. Use blade cover fully when not in use. Keep out of the reach of children.
