This quality soft needlecord 100% cotton fabric is soft to the touch. Perfect for dressmaking, in particular skirts, shirts, dresses or alternatively light upholstery, ie. cushion covers, etc. and crafts, available in 3 colours, red (shown), teal or mustard.
