This quality soft needlecord 100% cotton fabric is soft to the touch.  Perfect for dressmaking, in particular skirts, shirts, dresses or alternatively light upholstery, ie. cushion covers, etc. and crafts, available in various rich colours, this one being a lovely dark, almost black navy shade.
